“Hi. My name is Melinda, and I'm a MMA enthusiast and hobbyist who has been training since 2024. I am passionate about creating a safe space for women and children to train and grow in the art of submission grappling and MMA. My goal is to help my coaches modernize combat sports and teach others how to be a warrior in the garden.

I know Coach Adam and Coach Croom through the local MMA Community, and over time built an amazing trust in them as coaches. Both helped me feel heard in a sport that can be challenging or scary for women, and I appreciate being a part of their effort to make positive changes and add to the local MMA Community here in the greater Kansas City area.”
